meteorologists believe that their weather predictions are as accurate as
possible, WiscWx, in no event or situation, will be liable for direct,
indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from
any incorrect forecasts, discussions, statements, and/or products that
it has provided.
Our lead forecasting staff consists of capable high school and college students
who are pursuing careers in meteorology and atmospheric sciences. All staff is
required to complete weather-related research to further their knowledge in
the field.
Please note that all forecast graphics are considered experimental and are not
intended for use in operational purposes.
Some states do not allow for the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties
or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion
or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
Our service area is limited to inside the political boundaries of the state of
Wisconsin.
In addition, WiscWx is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental,
or consequential damages caused by StormLab©
or InterWarn©,
which are products of Storm Alert
Incorporated.
WiscWx only resells these products in order to promote and increase sales
for Storm Alert Incorporated while
collecting a minor fee for each sale. Also, WiscWx assumes no liability for
damages caused by the Tornado Electras.
